MTIF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTIF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTIF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR3D, VCY1B, and VCY. Each is linked with MTIF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTIF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTIF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR3D grouped by MTIF2-low versus MTIF2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTIF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTIF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
