MTHFSD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFSD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,259 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL13, COX4I1, and TRAPPC2L. Each is linked with MTHFSD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFSD-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFSD versus RPL13 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
