MTHFSD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFSD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-618P, PSAT1P4, and CKS1BP5. Each is linked with MTHFSD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFSD-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-618P grouped by MTHFSD-low versus MTHFSD-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
