Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTHFSD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,886 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFSD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA processing, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with MTHFSD in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFSD-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFSD results are reported.
