MTHFS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,295 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAF15_S438, MYEF2, and ZNF592. Each is linked with MTHFS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFS-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFS versus TAF15_S438 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
