MTHFS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3648-1, RNA5SP102, and KRTAP19-2. Each is linked with MTHFS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFS-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3648-1 grouped by MTHFS-low versus MTHFS-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
