Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,425 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTHFR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN2_S364, MRPL10, and TPI1_S80. Each is linked with MTHFR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFR-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFR versus CAVIN2_S364 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
