Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,989 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-19, OR2AL1P, and RN7SKP174. Each is linked with MTHFD2P4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2P4-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2P4 results are reported.
