Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,930 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of actin filament organization, and Positive regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MTHFD2P1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2P1-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2P1 results are reported.
