MTHFD2P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 386 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6853, RNU2-14P, and LINC02799. Each is linked with MTHFD2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2P1-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6853 grouped by MTHFD2P1-low versus MTHFD2P1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
