MTHFD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,417 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP2L, PSAT1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with MTHFD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2 versus CKAP2L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
