MTHFD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4445, BLOC1S2P1, and GAPDHP56. Each is linked with MTHFD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4445 grouped by MTHFD2-low versus MTHFD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
