Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTHFD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, INPP4B, and Notch1. Each is linked with MTHFD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD2-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MTHFD2-low versus MTHFD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
