The most reproducible MTHFD1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2_S394, MYEF2_S17, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with MTHFD1P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1P1-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1P1 results are reported.
