MTHFD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,044 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, MCM6, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with MTHFD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD1 versus UBR7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
