MTHFD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,786 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM9, TRMT5, and ERH. Each is linked with MTHFD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD1 versus TIMM9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
