MTHFD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTHFD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTHFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, VHL, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MTHFD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTHFD1-to-partner and partner-to-MTHFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by MTHFD1-low versus MTHFD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTHFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTHFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
