MTG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,984 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, TAF4, and CSTF1. Each is linked with MTG2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTG2-to-partner and partner-to-MTG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTG2 versus ADNP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
