MTG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,768 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUBN, CCNDBP1, and FAS. Each is linked with MTG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTG2-to-partner and partner-to-MTG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTG2 versus CUBN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
