Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, ATM, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with MTG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTG2-to-partner and partner-to-MTG2 results are reported.
