Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,150 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomeric loop disassembly, Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, and RNA polymerase II promoter clearance. Each is linked with MTG2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTG2-to-partner and partner-to-MTG2 results are reported.
