MTG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,683 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAF5, BRD8, and NONO. Each is linked with MTG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTG1-to-partner and partner-to-MTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTG1 versus TAF5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
