MTG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,466 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDLRAD4, ABCC9, and PLXNC1. Each is linked with MTG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTG1-to-partner and partner-to-MTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTG1 versus LDLRAD4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
