Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,005 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Telomere organization, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with MTG1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTG1-to-partner and partner-to-MTG1 results are reported.
