The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MTFR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTFR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MTFR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
