Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTFR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,439 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, and Regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with MTFR2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR2-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR2 results are reported.
