Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, TLE7, and CLPSL1. Each is linked with MTFR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR2-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR2 results are reported.
