MTFR1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFR1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,243 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFR1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, NFIA, and NSMAF. Each is linked with MTFR1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFR1L versus DNAJC8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
