Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFR1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,811 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTFR1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM3, ERO1A, and GFRA1. Each is linked with MTFR1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFR1L versus TPM3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
