MTFR1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTFR1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,071 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFR1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Organelle transport along microtubule, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with MTFR1L in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR1L-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi grouped by MTFR1L-low versus MTFR1L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
