MTFR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,831 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, ARFGEF1, and MTFR1_S290. Each is linked with MTFR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFR1 versus YTHDF3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
