Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,144 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMC1, RASGRP2, and ELMO1. Each is linked with MTFR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFR1 versus ARMC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
