MTFR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6816, MIR7-3, and IGLJ7. Each is linked with MTFR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6816 grouped by MTFR1-low versus MTFR1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
