Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk2_pT68, Chk2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MTFR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFR1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk2_pT68 grouped by MTFR1-low versus MTFR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
