Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,732 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTFP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP44, RNU6-181P, and ZNF117. Each is linked with MTFP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFP1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFP1 versus USP44 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
