MTFP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX33, OR2G1P, and RNA5SP38. Each is linked with MTFP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFP1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX33 grouped by MTFP1-low versus MTFP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
