Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTFP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,534 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear DNA replication, DNA replication initiation, and DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with MTFP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFP1-to-partner and partner-to-MTFP1 results are reported.
