MTFMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,786 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, CTDSPL2, and ARIH1. Each is linked with MTFMT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFMT-to-partner and partner-to-MTFMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFMT versus DNAJC17 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
