MTFMT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFMT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,535 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCAN2, POGLUT2, and GOT1. Each is linked with MTFMT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFMT-to-partner and partner-to-MTFMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFMT versus RCAN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
