Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTFMT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Bak, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MTFMT in more than 1 cancer types.
