MTFMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTFMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,149 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS14, CLPX, and DIS3L. Each is linked with MTFMT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFMT-to-partner and partner-to-MTFMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTFMT versus INTS14 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTFMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTFMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
