Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTFMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,954 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTFMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Mitotic nuclear division, and DTMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MTFMT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTFMT-to-partner and partner-to-MTFMT results are reported.
