Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,307 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, CENPI, and TTK. Each is linked with MTF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTF2 versus VRK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
