MTF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,863 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP447, and KRTAP2-1. Each is linked with MTF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by MTF2-low versus MTF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
