Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,266 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of centriole replication, Positive regulation of nuclear cell cycle DNA replication, and Nuclear pore complex assembly. Each is linked with MTF2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of centriole replication grouped by MTF2-low versus MTF2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
