Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,169 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Obsolete selective autophagy, and Autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with MTF1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTF1 results are reported.
