Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,661 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EBNA1BP2, NRSN2, and CAP1. Each is linked with MTF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTF1-to-partner and partner-to-MTF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
