MTERF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,069 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTERF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, EIF5B_S1168, and AGO1. Each is linked with MTERF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF4-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF4 versus RO60 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
