Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,117 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTERF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K2, RCN2, and TMOD2. Each is linked with MTERF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF4-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTERF4 versus MAP3K2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
