MTERF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTERF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTERF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE8, AQP7P3, and LINC02559. Each is linked with MTERF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTERF4-to-partner and partner-to-MTERF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE8 grouped by MTERF4-low versus MTERF4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTERF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTERF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
